Oliver Robert in da house! (or hospital, technically speaking!)

Oliver was born at 1.22am on 13th December 2006! Weighing in at 8lbs 10oz its quite remarkable that the labour only lasted 2 hours star to finish. Susie did fantastically well, used a TENS machine at first then got in the birthing pool, a couple of token puffs on the gas and air right at the end and there he was! (Susie might make it sound a little less easy than that if she were writing this post!!)

Oliver started feeding soon after birth and got the hang of it pretty quick. Dropped Susie at her ward at about 4.15am and I've grabbed a bit of sleep before heading off on a little shopping trip now we know its a boy!
